Yes, I believe it is an annual event.
I’ve never seen so many weiner dogs assembled in one place!
A similar event happens evry April and October in New York City with the Dachshund Friendship Club .We gather in Washington Square Park and there are hundreds of them !

I think they started it around 2000.
It’s an excuse for a trip to Krakow. Like one needs an excuse for Krakow. Awesome city.
