Great interview! I’m owned by a Doxie, too, and can totally relate to all that was said.
I just yesterday attended the New York Dachshund friendship club Oktoberfest , and it was a blast! . I attend every year with my dog Lola. Keep up the good work Adrian and Patrick ! . PS – The Dachs Song is hilarious !
I just adopted a dachshund from the pound, 11 m old and the sweetest dog I’ve ever owned. The only small dog I’ve ever owned was a skiperkee, and thought that would be the only other small dog I would ever have. This dachshund won my heart instantly, easily the sweetest breed I’ve ever dealt with. I am a 100% fan but will still get an akita as soon as I get a house.
By the way, her name is Padme. Star Wars baby!!
my name is jerry from calif. i have a weiner dog named cutie. we found her one day running down the street being chased by a huge german shepperd, opened the car door and she jumped right in. i was on the way to taking my 6 year old son to school. it has been 3 years now and she has been the best family pet we ever had. very smart and loving. she is a great blessing in the most crucial timing. being my wife is no longer with us. god definitly brought her to us.
